2. Service Description

The advertised offer is a four-week personalized workout and nutrition plan.

The service includes:

• A personalized four-week workout plan.
• Personalized nutrition guidance.
• A plan designed around the information provided in your assessment.
• Weekly progress check-ins.
• WhatsApp communication relating to the service.

The service does not automatically include live coaching calls, medical consultations, unlimited messaging, laboratory testing or other services unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Pricing and Payment

The price of the advertised four-week plan is:

US$99 — one-time payment.

Payments are made through the Wise payment option provided on our website.

This is a one-time purchase. It is not a recurring subscription, and no automatic recurring charge is intended for this offer.

Your order is subject to successful payment verification. A payment link being opened or a payment instruction being initiated does not itself establish that payment has been completed.

4. Assessment Requirements

After making payment, customers must complete the assessment provided on our website.

The assessment may request information such as:

• Name and email address.
• Age and fitness goals.
• Training experience and equipment availability.
• Training frequency.
• Dietary preferences and meal habits.
• Daily activity and lifestyle information.

Customers must provide accurate and reasonably complete information. The quality and suitability of the plan depend partly on the information supplied.

The assessment is submitted through WhatsApp using a pre-filled message. Customers must review the message and press Send to complete the submission.

5. Plan Delivery

The stated preparation timeframe is 6–8 hours after successful payment verification and receipt of the completed assessment.

This timeframe begins only when both requirements have been satisfied.

If additional information is required, preparation may take longer while we wait for the necessary details.

Customers should ensure their WhatsApp contact details are correct and that they can receive communications.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Website content, branding, written materials, graphics, training templates and other materials created by Ohal Health are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Personalized plans are provided for the purchasing customer's personal use.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish or commercially exploit Ohal Health materials without prior written permission.
